Our client, one of the largest industrial corporations, seeks an experienced Environmental Engineer to handle air permitting at one of its major facilities, located in suburban Los Angeles. The job centers around Title V---creation of a Title V management system to be integrated into the facility's Environmental Management System, development of an effective deviation reporting process, and all title V permit updates for facility capital improvement projects.
Requirements A B.S. degree in engineering is MANDATORY. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of industrial air permitting experience is necessary. the pay range for the position is broad, and can support someone with considerably more experience. Experience in Title V air permitting is a strong plus, however. The client will consider candidates from industry, or consultants with industrial air permitting experience. Because of economic restraints, the client can only consider local candidates, or those who are willing to relocate at their own expense. |
